Culture Unleashed Data Subject Application Form
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), data subjects whose personal data is processed have the right to apply to the data controller, Culture Unleashed Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, to exercise their rights as set out below.

Applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty (30) days from the date they are received, in accordance with Article 13(2) of the Law. Responses will be delivered in written or electronic form in line with Article 13 of the Law.
