HERIFORGE – Country Analyses and Community Engagement Strategy

Client: Koç University KARMA Lab (Project Funder: the European Union)

HERIFORGE is designed to deliver five key outputs critical to the establishment of the innovation ecosystem: a report containing recommendations on strategic impact, the operationalisation of the HERIFORGE Platform Network, the development of XR-enabled prototypes and services, the publication of good practice guides for innovation ecosystems, and a data orchestration platform.

73 participants from 21 countries at the East Satellite BEYOND!

The East Satellite BEYOND event, “Between Neighbours: Crossing Voices, Crossing Borders” (May 4–6, 2026), was organised by Culture Unleashed and Space-time Works with Culture Action Europe; in partnership with Anadolu Kültür, İKSV, Postane, and Roof; supported by Alliance for Socially Engaged Arts and the European Union, hosting 73 participants from 21 countries.

We attended the South-East Satellite BEYOND and Culture for Development Forum (May 13–15, 2026), hosted by Heartefact in collaboration with Culture Action Europe (CAE). Our co-founder, Emre Erbirer, spoke on the ‘Culture in Motion/Exploring Possibilities’ panel alongside speakers from IETM, ECHN, and CAE.
