Explicit Consent Statement

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the Clarification Text presented to me by Culture Unleashed Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (“Culture Unleashed”) and that I have been informed about the purposes of processing my personal data.

Within this scope, I give my explicit consent to the following in relation to the projects and programmes that Culture Unleashed carries out:

1. Collection of my personal data, including contact information such as name-surname, phone number, and e-mail address, as well as visual and audio recordings such as photos, videos, and audio,
2. The processing and storage of this information and these recordings for the purposes of publicity, dissemination of information, institutional archiving, internal evaluation, and communication activities, and—when necessary—their use on social media, websites, and in printed and/or digital media channels.
3. Sharing of these data, strictly limited to the purposes stated above, with Culture Unleashed’s contractual partners and service providers,
4. Transfer of my personal data abroad for the purposes of digital backup and storage through service providers located outside of Türkiye (e.g., Google), within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK

I consent to the processing and sharing of my personal data for the purposes outlined above and limited to those purposes.
