Nazlı is a transdisciplinary service designer and facilitator with over 10 years of experience leading international research, design, and capacity-building projects for systemic impact. She applies human-centered design, systems thinking, and facilitation to create resonant experiences across sectors like telecom, sustainability, education, and mobility.

Nazlı holds an MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts, New York. During her tenure at ATÖLYE, part of the kyu Collective, she led award-winning projects in Turkey and the UAE. With over 600 hours of facilitation experience, Nazlı has designed and led workshops for diverse audiences—from earthquake-affected youth and social entrepreneurs to senior government leaders as a freelance facilitator. Her collaborations with UNICEF, UNDP, UN Women, and HP Foundation highlight her commitment to co-creation and capacity-building in complex contexts.

Currently working independently, Nazlı partners with global organizations to design user experiences, drive strategic outcomes, and foster transformative learning journeys. She thrives in environments that embrace diverse perspectives, guiding teams through meaningful change with curiosity, radical collaboration, and soulful creativity.
